Shipping & returns
Responsibility for customs and taxes is on the buyer, please check these before you purchase. All of our designs are sent by insured express mail worldwide, for most destination it takes 4-7 business days to arrive excluding customs delays. Please note that if you choose to send your parcel to a workplace or an apartment building the insurance expires once it is signed for by anyone receiving it. All our designs are packed in our own design, special gift boxes – strong enough for shipping and pretty enough to use as a gift box.
Our Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is a top priority for us. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item you have purchased we offer a 14 days return policy. The refund for an order will be processed only once the item has arrived back to our facility and was approved to be in its original condition. The refund will be 90% of the item cost with a minimum charge of 40USD. Return shipping is under the buyer's responsibility and any charges, taxes, or customs that will apply to the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, in their original package, and shipped within 14 days. Insuring returned parcels is the responsibility of the customer if a parcel is lost or stolen we will not be able to refund.
Custom engraved jewelry items may not be returned for a refund. All custom engraved rings may be returned for credit, however, engraving fees are non-refundable. Special orders are final sales and are not eligible for return. Returns without pre-approval, and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
